Location:

Sevierville, East Tennessee (Close to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg)

Accommodations:

Cabin; 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath (Sleeps 4 - 8)

Features:

· 3 story

· Living Room - 2 sofas, loveseat, recliner, TV, DVD player and wood fireplace.

· Kitchen - Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher and table for 6.

· Bedroom - Queen Bed and TV.

· Bathroom - Pedestal sink, toilet, shower and washer / dryer.

· Bedroom (Upper Level) - Queen Bed, rocker.

· Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - 2 twin beds and recliner.

· Bathroom (Upper Level) - Sink, toilet and shower.

· Front Porch - 4 rockers and gas grill.

· Back Porch - Patio table with 4 chairs and umbrella, hot tub with Mountain View.

· Bottom Level - Basement with Garage door.

Rate Details:

Winter Rate (November - May):	$105 / per night, for 2 guests

In Season (June - October):	$115 / per night, for 2 guests

Holidays:	$115 / per night, for 2 guests

$15 each additional person per night. $75 cleaning fee.

Note: One night deposit on a two night stay, balance is paid upon arrival. A stay longer than two nights require a two night deposit with the balance being paid upon arrival.
